Service scope

The public pages present Growth and Launch and allow visitors to request a commercial diagnosis.
Submitting a form does not constitute contracting, reserve a meeting or automatically start services.
Scope, deliverables, implementation, recurring operations, timeline and commercial conditions are defined in each customer's proposal and contract.
Prior contracts and transactions remain subject to the conditions accepted at the relevant time; this page does not change them retroactively.
Delivery starts only after formal acceptance, responsible parties are defined and the information, materials and access required by the scope are available.
Media, content, integrations and automations are included only when expressly contracted.

Commercial protection

No outcome guarantee

Clivon does not guarantee sale of the property.
Clivon does not guarantee lead quantity.
Clivon does not guarantee ROI.

Control

Approval before live

Campaigns, integrations and automations follow the governance and approval gates defined in the contract.
No campaign or automated communication is activated without the authorization required for the project.
Media spend, external production and third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included in the proposal.
Account, integration, data or asset restrictions may require prior correction by the customer and may affect the timeline.

Responsibility

Submitted material

The customer is responsible for providing accurate, lawful and authorized information and materials.
Timelines depend on delivery of the information, approvals, access and assets defined in the contract.
Clivon may pause or reject insufficient, irregular or out-of-scope material.
